Q: Why can't I burn wood in my fireplace?

A: Here are several documents provided by our Insurance Agency that contain useful info - 

The primary reason. according to the Vermont State Fire Marshals, we CAN NOT store wood inside or outside of our units, especially on decks or in common areas, therefore burning it becomes a moot point.

Q: Where should I park my vehicle?

A: One vehicle per unit at each of the respective ramps is the rule of thumb, especially between November 15th & April 15th.  All other vehicles should park at the end of the upper parking area, closest to Sports Club Rd, or in the lower parking areas.

Q: Can I keep my pet on my deck?

A: No.  Do not tie your dog or confine any animal to the exterior decks.  Please remember to leash your pet at all times, and make sure you pick up after them.

Q: Can I change my locks?

A: No.  All locks are keyed to master in the event that there is an emergency.  Our property manager needs access to all units at any time for any reason.

Q: How can I get a Resale Certificate issued?

A: Contact the association treasurer.

Q: Can I remodel my unit?

A: You must write and inform the Board of Directors of any alterations in your unit.  The Board then has 30 days to issue an approval or rejection.

Q: Can I grill on my deck?

A: No. You must place your grill 5 feet from the building and use propane only so that it may be quickly shut off if necessary.

Q: Why can't I store my belongings on my deck?

A: Courtside rules and regulations state that he only item's allowed on the decks are house plants, small patio furniture and bicycles.

Q: Why can't I store my belongings outside my unit?

A: Courtside common spaces outside all units must remain clutter free in the case that the power goes out during a fire at night so that no one trips, falls or sustains any type of injury while trying to evacuate.
